The food was excellent. Much better than I expected from this kind of atmosphere. Our smash burgers were on par with any fancy burger spot in Knoxville. Even the kids version came with a nice brioche bun. The French fries were perfectly fried crispy but not overcooked. Onion rings were awesome and my daughter loved the mac and cheese. On top of the fun pinball machines and the excellent food was the service. We were there for lunch and it wasn’t very busy but still our service could’ve have been better. The location hurts this place a little being set back off the road but do yourself a favor and check it out.

In Knoxville for work, went to a chain restaurant by the hotel and sat there with no service. Looked up local spots and found this place. I had the Cheesesteak spud and it was really good! The owner was behind the bar and she was super nice! Definitely recommend trying it out!! It was a cool spot and they had a dj going too.

What a gem of a place. The staff is amazing, owners have genuinely have put their hearts into making this place amazing. The chicken and waffles are the absolute BEST in town, and if Fran is working, her old fashioned is a work of art with so much aroma and flavor. Family friendly during the day/early evening, and friendly customers always.

This place was great. Great food. Went during brunch and I got the omelette and potato hash. It tasted great. My wife got the chicken fingers and fries and they were excellent (I stole a bite of both)! My in-laws got smash burgers and they both liked those too! Good beer selection! Had one and was great! Highly recommend this place.

As a DJ and a customer, I have had the privilege of seeing P&P in action for over a year now. I have also been to other bars in the area with friends so I have a good sense of the differences between bars. My honest opinion is that you will LOVE Pins and Pints Pinball Pub! The staff there is wonderful, the food is top notch (my favorites are the tray of nachos and the chicken tenders with their amazing fries! But they have some incredible burgers too), and they make great drinks too! I also love that they are family friendly. Kids can be there up until 9pm and I’ve seen plenty of parents showing theirs kids for the first time how to play pinball machines. If you like modern pinball machines, they got ‘em! If you like the classic pinball machines, they got ‘em! To me, this establishment doesn’t get the praise it deserves. It is very much a diamond within the area of other well known establishments!! Emory road and Powell are thriving, and this business should be one of the ones here to stay!

It's a strip mall bar that has a bunch of pinball machines. Did takeout but played a bit while waiting. The games were a tad expensive as it ranged from $.50 to $1 per play but wide selection. Not much seating but manageable. It's mostly a bar. Food is fried and was a tad over fried. Burger was good, tenders were not. Salad was ok. All in all ok - not memorable- did the job to feed people. Maybe with a few drinks and in the dark with the sounds of pinballs it tastes better...

A fun place to go on a Friday night! My margarita was spot-on. We only ordered french fries, but they were fresh and cooked perfectly. Several dart boards and about a dozen pinball games. We’ll be back!

Absolute gem of an establishment with fantastic owners and staff. Smashburger does not play around, and having a PB&j mixtape with the smashburger is the true double super jackpot. If you are into pinball, you already know about this place and love it. If you're not into pinball, you should be.
